For the third consecutive year, Art Marketing renews its alliance with the Spanish Network of the UN Global Compact, being a Signatory Partner since 2017.
In January 2016 the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDA) came into force, the most ambitious action plan in favour of people, planet and prosperity until 2030. Only one year later Art Marketing committed itself to the 17 criteria.
It is clear that business success will not be achieved if there is not a commitment to the continuity of the business and for that, we must be rigorous with the creation of products and services in a sustainable and fair way. Each organization with its capacity to influence or reach, but forming an amplifying movement that will infect the others. For Art Marketing it was not new since we had been a conscious company and pioneers in the Economy of the Common Good for more than a decade, so the ODS was a complementary tool that helps us to share and measure our commitment.
There are many challenges posed by the Global Compact, among them is promoting corporate social responsibility in the areas of human rights and business, labor standards, environment and anti-corruption in the activities and business strategy of companies. In Art Marketing we have been working for years for social, environmental and economic sustainability, so the objectives of the Global Compact are intrinsic to the corporate culture of the consultancy and us as professionals: designing and implementing ethical and sustainable marketing strategies are our essence.
ODS is integrated into Art Marketing’s own business mission, as a company managed with values. But if there is one aspect in which we have an impact, it is in criterion 17 (Alliances to achieve objectives).
We were born in 1999 and since then we collaborate with organizations, spreading good practices and we are a lever for their growth by building a good reputation. Being once again a member of the United Nations Global Compact makes us realise the importance of being a factor for change in our world and obliges us to rethink and reflect on the current economy, always in search of improvements in favour of all.
